Jacob Clifton has been a partner and/or shareholder in the firm since 1983. Mr. Clifton concentrates his practice in business planning, taxation, administrative law, real estate, estate planning, and probate.
He received his J.D. from the University of Oregon in 1974, and an L.LM. in Taxation from New York University in 1975. He completed his B.S. in Sociology at Portland State University in 1967. He has served on the adjunct faculties of the University of Oregon School of Law and the University of Oregon College of Business Administration.
Mr. Clifton is a member of the Oregon State Bar and the Lane County Bar Association. He is admitted to practice in the state and federal courts of Oregon and the U.S. Tax Court.
