Litigation Support - Laura L. Eggers

Laura Eggers has been with the firm full-time since October 2006, having first served as a freelance legal secretary temp after her move to Eugene the previous April. She currently provides various aspects of support to the litigation team.

Her previous legal background includes having served as a legal assistant to Douglas County attorneys from 1998 to 2005, after which she went freelance and expanded her legal support services to include Lane County attorneys. During this time, she gained experience and proficiency working with Circuit, Appellate, and Supreme court systems.

In addition to her experience and reputation with the legal community, her 30-year secular background includes a full range of clerical, secretarial, office management, and administrative support experience, including support in senior services administration and city government. She also brings a 40-year background of creative and professional writing experience, as well as a progressive working knowledge and proficiency in two other languages.
