Marilyn joined the law firm as an attorney in 1995. She now works primarily as a JD | Paralegal.

Marilyn received her J.D. from the University of Oregon School of Law in 1992. After law school Marilyn worked as a clerk to Lane County Circuit Judge Pierre Van Rysselberghe for one year.

Marilyn completed her Bachelor's Degree in English Literature, summa cum laude, at the University of Oregon in 1987. Marilyn is a member of the Oregon State Bar, the U.S. District Court of Oregon, and the Lane County Bar Association.

Marilyn has been an Editor of 4 editions of the Oregon Torts CLE since 1996, and she is the co- author of "Professional Malpractice," Torts, Oregon State Bar CLE, 2011, and "Wrongful Death," Torts, Oregon State Bar CLE, 2011.
