Litigation Support - Cathy Fitzsimmons

Cathy Fitzsimmons has been a paralegal in the firm's litigation department since 1993. She works in the area of personal injury, with a focus on complex cases involving nursing home negligence, medical malpractice, wrongful death and defective medical devices.

Ms. Fitzsimmons works closely with clients throughout the process of resolving claims.

Ms. Fitzsimmons completed her B.S. in Speech and Communication Disorders, cum laude, at Washington State University in 1976.
