Litigation Support - Mardel Chinburg

Mardel Chinburg has been a legal assistant in the firm's litigation department since 1984. She works on complex cases, including product liability, defective medical products and devices, industrial injuries, defective automobiles and restraint systems, trucking and other major vehicle collisions, electrical accidents, utility negligence, and civil rights. She also has been extensively involved in the federal Multi-District breast implant cases.

Ms. Chinburg finds and organizes information to establish liability, to identify and prepare experts, and to calculate damages. She works closely with clients throughout the process of resolving claims.

Ms. Chinburg completed her Bachelor's Degree in History with a teaching credential at the University of Oregon in 1971.
