Scott C. Lucas has been an attorney with the firm's litigation department since 1997. He practices primarily in the areas of personal injury, products liability, wrongful death, and motor vehicle collisions.

Mr. Lucas received his J.D. from the University of Oregon School of Law in 1996, where he was the articles editor for the Journal of Environmental Law and Litigation. He completed a Bachelor's Degree in Quantitative Economics and Decision Sciences at the University of California, San Diego, in 1988.

Mr. Lucas is a member of the Oregon State Bar, the American Association for Justice, Oregon Trial Lawyer's Association, and the Lane County Bar Association. He is admitted to practice in the state and federal courts of Oregon.
