Richard L. Larson has been a shareholder in the firm since 1983. Mr. Larson's practice focuses on estate planning and real estate transactions, including low-income housing tax credit matters, as well as other business and real estate issues. Mr. Larson has advised clients in a wide variety of industries and occupations regarding legal and tax considerations incident to the formation, expansion, merger, sale, and dissolution of corporations, partnerships, and associations.

Mr. Larson received his J.D. from the University of Oregon School of Law in 1977, and an L.L.M. in Taxation from New York University in 1980. He completed his Bachelor's in History from Stanford University in 1974.

Mr. Larson is a member of the Oregon State Bar, the American Bar Association, and the Lane County Bar Association. He is admitted to practice in the state and federal courts of Oregon and the U.S. Tax Court.
