Michele joined the firm in 2002 and is currently working on complex civil litigation involving defective products, catastrophic injury, and wrongful death.
She received her J.D., Order of the Coif, from the University of Oregon School of Law in 2001, where she was the recipient of the Kathryn Fenning Owens scholarship and was named the Dean Orlando John Hollis Scholar for 2001. She was also elected to the National Dean's List. At the University of Oregon in 1997, Michele completed her Bachelor's Degree, summa cum laude, in General Science with emphases in biology and chemistry, and was elected to Phi Beta Kappa.
Michele is a member of the Oregon State Bar, the American Association for Justice, Oregon Trial Lawyers Association, and the Lane County Bar Association. She co-authored "Claims Against Government Bodies." 2 TORTS, Oregon State Bar CLE, 2006. She is admitted to practice in the state and federal courts of Oregon.
Michele also serves as President of SAIL Housing - Supporting Access to Independent Living for Developmentally Disabled Adults, 2006 - Present.
